Howard Street

Venice, CA

The clients, a married couple with two young children, purchased this unique property which had previously undergone a large addition in the early 2000s. Unfortunately, the addition and the original 1950s house were never reconciled into a cohesive whole leaving the interior planning chaotic and unresolved.

architecture350 was hired to re-plan, renovate and integrate the addition with the existing house including removing several bearing walls, reconfiguring the entry, kitchen, dining, living and family rooms and adjoining courtyard and exterior spaces.
